Logic Test Probe
Top of the line pen sized TL/CMOS logic
probe plus logic pulser
• Large LEDs and pulse memory
• Logic Test: detects pulses as narrow as
10nS at up to 50MHz, compatible with
TTL (DTL, HTC) or CMOS
• Logic pulse function: used to
inject a single pulse, a low-repetition
rate pulse (0.5Hz) or a high repetition
rate pulse (400Hz)
• Logic thresholds:
TTL "1" (HI LED) > 3.0±0.25VDC,
Logic "0" 9LO LED) < 0.75±0.25VDC
CMOS "1" (HI LED) > 60% Vcc±5%,
